- Regular Girlguiding – £13 per hour per room
- Regular Charity/Community – £20 per hour per room
- Regular Scouts – £16 per hour per room
- Bucks County Trainings – £13 per hour per room
- Outside Use (Daytime) – £15 per hour (without the use of toilets)
- Outside Use (Evening) – £15 (without the use of toilets)
- Ad Hoc Guiding – £18 per hour per room
- Adhoc Charity/Community – £44 per hour per room
- Business – on application
- We do not accept private hires
- Residential – Girlguiding £11 per person per 24 hours (subject to a minimum charge of £220 per night)
- Residential – Charity/Community £17 per person per 24 hours with a minimum charge of £340 per night)
- Residential – the charge for extra hours over 24 hours is £15 per hour
- Camping – unequipped use of the field is £6 per person per 24 hours (We do not accept private bookings for Camping)
- Camping – Equipped use of the field is £8 per person per 24 hours (We do not accept private bookings for Camping)
